Dr. Lubale is a Registered HR Professional, holder of HR Practicing Certificate and in Good Professional Standing; and a University Level lecturer with over 10 years of experience in Human Resources Management, Governance and Supply Chain Management. He’s dedicated to the profession of people development recognized by commendations; innovative integration of technology and hands-on activities to support learning and performance concepts. He has long experience as a Trainer / Consultant in various capacities. Dr. Lubale is a Founder of Integral Human Resource Solutions Ltd (Integral HR) and the Lead Trainer. He earned the PhD in Business Administration of  Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, holder of a Master of Business Administration (HR Specialist) and a an upper second class honors Bachelor of Arts (Social Sciences). He has further training in Strategic Leadership Development Programme from the Kenya School of Government; Economic and Social Development for Think Tanks for African Countries from Graduate School for Chinese Academy for Social Sciences, China; and a Diploma in Business Management from Kenya Institute of Management. Mr. Lubale was the Vice Chairman of Continuous Professional Development Committee of Institute of Human Resource Management.

Prof. Maurice Sakwa is an Associate Professor at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. He received his PhD in Economics from a University in Netherlands and spent part of his Teaching and Research works in Economics and Mathematics. He has served the Chairman of the Department of Development Studies in College of Human Resource & Development and; a visiting fellow at JKUAT Mombasa CBD Campus and Ghanian University.

Dr. Wandera is an accomplished Finance Specialist with a wealth of experience in Kenya. He’s holder of PhD in Business Administration (awaiting graduation ceremony), a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya, and holds a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Member of Kenya Institute Management. Dr. Wandera is a Senior Consultant at Integral HR  and Managing Consultant of his own Firm – Globopoint Consultants Ltd that has mutual collaboration Deed with Integral HR. He has been extensively involved in Training, Research and Evaluation of several projects. Dr. Wandera has been instrumental in developing guidelines and institutional framework for organizations. He has vast experience of coordinating data collection, resource allocation, data review and report writing in various consulting assignments including baseline surveys, strategic planning and monitoring and evaluation.

Firdos has a wealth of experience of many years: from the Building Construction Industry spanning 13 years as Managing Director, in the IT industry for period of over 2 years holding the position of Branch Manager,  and in Private Premier Schools and Star-rated Hospitality Firms the duration of 15 years as Business Manager and Administration / Operations Manager respectively.  Her forte was working to deliver excellent results for Organisations by resolving conflict issues emerging both from within and without; promoting System-Thinking best practices while implementing the core business based on value system of the organisations.  She has consulted for many SME’s as an expert in either developing or revising the Standard Operating Procedures / Policies. Firdos graduated with the BSc (Hons) in Chemical Engineering and much later in her career pursued an MBA earned from the University of Wales.  She’s an HR Professional in good standing having been registered by the Institute of Human Resource Management.

Esther is a certified professional in Human Resource Management with a BCom in Human Resource Management. She’s a Senior Trainer at Integral HR with an extensive experience and exposure cutting across the entire HR value chain including training experience in the areas of: Human resource management, employee recruitment and retention, staff development, motivation, Appraisals and job evaluation, HR policies development and legal compliance. Esther is an active member of IHRM and sits on the Advisory Board of College of Human Resource Management.
